Job description
**Job Title: Land Surveyor**
The Land Surveyor will oversee various survey initiatives, encompassing boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys, while providing support for field operations and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include examining legal descriptions, creating plats, and ensuring adherence to project budgets and timelines. Applicants must possess a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Illinois and have 2-5 years of pertinent experience. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Trimble surveying technologies, as well as hold a valid driver’s license.
