Job description
**Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Teammate**
As a key member of the landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for crucial property care activities, which involve mowing, pruning, applying fertilizers, and maintaining irrigation systems. Additionally, you will take part in seasonal duties such as fall clean-up and snow removal, all while maintaining a focus on safety and operational efficiency. Candidates should be a minimum of 18 years old and physically able to handle demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various weather conditions. While not mandatory, prior experience in landscaping and relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
