**Job Title: Laser Operator**
The Laser Operator plays a key role in managing laser cells, overseeing production processes, and conducting regular mechanical maintenance. Responsibilities include examining parts for quality assurance, packaging completed items, and ensuring a safe and organized workplace. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. The position demands physical endurance, as the operator is required to lift weights of up to 50 pounds, and involves working a second shift schedule that may include overtime, weekends, and holidays.
