The Lay Health Educator plays a vital role in supporting health education initiatives aimed at patients with chronic conditions, including Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience as a Medical Assistant and demonstrate bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
