Job Summary
The Lead Building Automation Engineer is tasked with overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of sophisticated building automation systems alongside HVAC controls. This role involves guiding a team of technicians, executing work orders, and ensuring the dependable operation of equipment sequences and software coding.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of building automation and HVAC control systems.
- Lead and direct technicians in their daily tasks.
- Execute work orders efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure reliability in equipment sequences and software coding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory; an associate degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated electro-mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Possession of formal BAS training certifications is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of BAS networks, software protocols, and widely accepted control platforms is essential.
