The Lead Butcher oversees the preparation of meat products, manages the display case, and coordinates daily production schedules. This role includes training and supervising staff while ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of direct meat cutting experience and be skilled in using butchery tools. Exceptional customer service abilities are essential, along with the flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
