**Sales Lead**
The Sales Lead plays a key role in fostering an inviting atmosphere for both customers and team members, collaborating closely with the Store Manager to implement daily operational strategies. This position involves mentoring the team, enhancing sales performance, and making certain that the store adheres to brand guidelines and operational procedures. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in retail and hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. A strong enthusiasm for styling, adeptness with store technology, and a willingness to work flexible hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—are essential for this role.
