**Job Title: Senior Solicitor**
The Senior Solicitor will oversee a significant litigation practice within the Children’s Court and more advanced jurisdictions, with an emphasis on child protection issues. This role involves delivering specialized legal counsel, guiding junior personnel, and working in partnership with stakeholders to secure beneficial results for children and families. Applicants should possess legal qualifications and be eligible for a practising certificate as a Government legal practitioner in NSW, with a minimum of five years’ post-admission experience in child protection litigation. Additionally, a current Working with Children Check and a valid NSW driver’s licence are essential.
