Lead and perform cleaning operations at an assigned facility, delegate work, guide and train team members, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Coordinate schedules and client communications, oversee service quality and completion, manage access keys, validate time records, and check supplies, equipment, and chemicals. Applicants must be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required. Preferred qualifications include one year of similar work, customer service, and lead or supervisory experience, as well as a valid driver’s license.
