**Lead Direct Support Professional**
The Lead Direct Support Professional is responsible for managing the everyday functions of a group home, which includes coordinating staff, planning activities, and executing Individual Support Plans effectively. This role requires a focus on providing top-notch care, overseeing medical requirements, and ensuring adherence to agency standards along with state regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of two years’ experience in the Human Services sector. A valid driver’s license is essential, and candidates must be able to secure the necessary state and federal clearances.
