Job description
The Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician is responsible for guiding and training the clinical team, in addition to managing the daily operations of the hospital and upholding patient care standards. This position entails ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing inventory management, and facilitating effective hospital workflows. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician and maintain an active, clear license in Texas. Preferred qualifications include proven leadership or supervisory experience, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
