Job Summary
The Lead Maritime Test and Evaluation Director will oversee and manage comprehensive testing and evaluation projects within maritime operations. This role focuses on ensuring that programs meet the required functionalities and performance standards through meticulous testing protocols.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and execution of test plans and evaluation strategies for maritime systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testing criteria and benchmarks.
- Assess and analyze test results, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the testing phases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of maritime technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing testing and evaluation projects in the maritime sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards in maritime operations.
- A degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
