**Lead Medical Assistant**
The Lead Medical Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering high-level clinical support, aiding in intricate patient care processes, and maintaining smooth clinic operations. This position acts as an essential resource for the team by supervising training initiatives, monitoring compliance, and facilitating enhancements in workflow. Applicants should have 2-4 years of experience in a Medical Assistant capacity and hold a recognized certification, including CMA, NCMA, or RMA. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is mandatory for this role.
