**Lead Operations Technician**
The Lead Operations Technician is responsible for conducting sophisticated laboratory services that encompass aseptic techniques, filling, and packaging operations, all while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position also includes the responsibility of mentoring junior staff, supervising production workflows, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with 4 years of relevant experience, an associate degree with 3 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in a laboratory or production environment. Essential qualifications include strong skills in technical documentation, proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery, and successful completion of a physical abilities assessment.
