**Lead Patient Care Assistant**
The Lead Patient Care Assistant is responsible for organizing daily clinical operations and overseeing staff assignments while delivering direct care to patients. This role acts as a vital communication bridge between nursing leadership and the PCA team, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a patient care setting. A Basic Life Support certification is mandatory, and credentials as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant are highly desirable.
