Job description
**Lead Quality Compliance Inspector**
The Lead Quality Compliance Inspector is responsible for leading inspection initiatives to guarantee that all components comply with both technical specifications and regulatory requirements. This role involves guiding the inspection team, ensuring product conformity, and overseeing the management of quality documentation. Additionally, the Inspector plays a key role during internal and external audits. Ideal candidates will possess experience in a manufacturing or production setting, particularly with a solid foundation in quality control practices and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards. Essential skills include the ability to read blueprints, expertise in GD&T, and familiarity with various inspection techniques. Certification in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is highly beneficial.
