Job description
**Job Title: Lead Respiratory Therapist**
The Lead Respiratory Therapist is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective respiratory services and equipment to patients in their residences, while also providing clinical guidance to the team. Key duties involve conducting patient evaluations, training team members, managing inventory, and working in partnership with branch operations to uphold high standards of care. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Respiratory School and possess current state licensure, along with a minimum of two years’ experience as a Respiratory Therapist. A valid driver’s license is necessary, as is the capability to carry out physically demanding tasks in a field environment.
