**Job Title: Retail Counter Lead**
The Retail Counter Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the counter, providing support to customers regarding parts and service inquiries, and ensuring that inventory and merchandising meet established standards. This role also involves offering guidance, training, and mentorship to retail team members to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, automotive parts, or customer service. Exceptional communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential, and prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
