Job description
The Lead Teacher is tasked with designing and executing a curriculum that aligns with developmental standards to foster children’s cognitive, social, and physical development. This role includes overseeing assistant teachers and ensuring effective communication with families as well as community organizations. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree along with a teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (PreK-4 or N-3). A minimum of two years of experience working with preschool-aged children, along with requisite background clearances, is essential.
