Job Summary
The Lead Technical Consultant is accountable for overseeing the technical architecture, establishing standards, and delivering projects within a designated pod. This role ensures the production of exceptional code and configurations while facilitating effective technical interactions with clients and reviewing AI-generated outputs.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the technical design and standards for the team.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality code and configurations.
- Review and assess AI-generated work for quality and relevance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Maintain direct and effective technical communication with clients.
Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in Salesforce technical delivery.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement implementation.
- Required certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer.
- Proven ability in AI-assisted development processes.
