**Lean Services Associate**
The Lean Services Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing construction project delivery by promoting Lean methodologies and guiding project teams in effective planning processes. This position collaborates intimately with project managers and trade partners to enhance workflow consistency and project success through Lean practices. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar discipline. Furthermore, candidates need to have 1-3 years of experience in applying Lean principles in the construction sector, along with a readiness to travel as much as 85% of the time.
