The Leasing Agent plays a key role in drawing in prospective tenants, leading property viewings, and overseeing the leasing procedures. This position also emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service to maintain high occupancy levels and ensure a positive experience for residents. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities, as well as familiarity with basic computer software. Although prior experience in leasing or real estate is advantageous, it is not a requirement for this position.
