Job description
The Leasing Associate plays a key role in overseeing the leasing process, promoting the property, and fostering strong relationships with residents. This position involves addressing inquiries, leading property tours, processing applications, and ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction through effective service and community involvement. Ideal candidates should possess an associate degree or equivalent experience in property management or a similar field. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and property management software is essential, and the ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends, is necessary.
