Job description
The Leasing Consultant oversees the complete leasing cycle, starting from the first interaction with potential residents all the way to the finalization of lease agreements and the move-in process. This role is vital for achieving optimal occupancy levels, promoting excellent relationships with residents, and ensuring the upkeep of the community’s standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office software. Exceptional sales ability and customer service skills are essential, with an advantage for candidates who have experience in multifamily housing or customer relationship management (CRM).
