Job Summary
The Leasing Specialist plays a crucial role in boosting leasing activities through captivating in-person tours and fostering connections with potential residents. This position also involves overseeing marketing initiatives, implementing resident retention strategies, and ensuring that the community adheres to high presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in-person tours for prospective residents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents.
- Manage and execute marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Implement resident retention programs to enhance community satisfaction.
- Ensure the community meets established presentation and aesthetic standards.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Sales experience of 1+ year is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and iPad usage.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
