Conduct community tours, follow up with prospective residents, and manage the leasing process from application through move-in to drive occupancy. Provide responsive service to prospects and residents, support outreach and marketing efforts, and collaborate with office and service teams while following company policies and Fair Housing requirements. At least one year of sales experience is required, and multifamily property management experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication, conflict-resolution, and customer-service abilities; Yardi experience and a high school diploma or equivalent relevant experience are also noted.
