The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide brief, evidence-based therapy and mental health consultations within an integrated primary care team. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, facilitating psychoeducational groups, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, along with active California licensure or registration. At least one year of experience delivering therapy to diverse populations is required, with proficiency in DSM-5 and evidence-based treatment models.
