### Job Title: Medical Social Worker
As a Medical Social Worker, you will evaluate, advise, and guide patients with complex medical needs by creating personalized treatment strategies. Your role will involve assisting patients in adapting to their disabilities, linking them to necessary resources, and executing behavioral change techniques. This position mandates a Master’s degree in Social Work along with state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and writing.
