Job description
Job Title: Medical Social Worker
Provide assessment, guidance, and support to patients with complex medical needs by crafting personalized treatment strategies. Aid patients in adapting to living with disabilities, connecting them to appropriate resources, and facilitating behavioral changes in both home and community environments. A Master’s degree in Social Work and state licensure as an LCSW is mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong abilities in planning, organization, written communication, and effective time management.
