**Therapist**
The Therapist will facilitate online therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, focusing on resolving relational and emotional difficulties. Key responsibilities include creating treatment plans, keeping up-to-date clinical records, and adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality protocols. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline, along with a valid LMFT license in Delaware. Familiarity with telehealth technology and excellent skills in clinical documentation are essential.
