**Job Title: Facility Administrator**
The Facility Administrator is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of operations within the facility, aimed at delivering exceptional resident care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and achieving business goals. Key duties encompass staff management, the supervision of clinical services, admission processes, and community representation of the facility. Applicants must possess a valid state-issued Nursing Home Administrator license and have a background in long-term care or healthcare services. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and adequate proof of insurance are necessary for this role.
