Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering expert nursing care to patients in their home environments, all under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Confirming the accuracy and implementation of care plans.
- Observing and assessing patient conditions consistently.
- Instructing patients in self-care practices to promote independence.
- Administering specialized nursing procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification valid in the assigned state.
- Current CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year’s experience as an LPN or LVN.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
