The Licensed Practical Nurse will visit clients’ residences to conduct assessments, oversee patient conditions, and implement care plans as directed by physicians. This role includes the responsibility of documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations to guarantee optimal patient outcomes. Applicants must hold an active, valid nursing license in the United States and have graduated from an accredited nursing program to qualify for this position.
