Job description
**Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)**
Deliver expert nursing care to patients in their residences while working closely with the healthcare team to execute tailored care strategies. Ensure precise medical records are maintained and provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and pain relief methods. Candidates must hold a valid LPN license in Oklahoma and have completed an accredited practical nursing program. Additionally, a current CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation are required.
