Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide physical and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of New York.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
