Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering medical care, administering first aid, and providing medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role includes coordinating health care services, ensuring accurate medical documentation, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. Applicants should have completed a recognized professional nursing program and possess a valid New York State LPN license. A minimum of one year of experience working with community-based health services for individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
