Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse will play a vital role in conducting patient evaluations, managing medication administration, and executing laboratory and therapeutic procedures. Additionally, this position entails providing education to patients and their families regarding treatment strategies, post-discharge care, and available support resources. Applicants must possess a valid Practical/Vocational Nurse license issued by the Indiana Board of Nursing along with a BLS Provider certification. A high school diploma or a minimum of one year of relevant, job-specific experience is mandatory.
