Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering compassionate, resident-focused nursing care, as well as administering medications in accordance with established regulations. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess resident health conditions and develop effective care strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care with empathy and professionalism.
- Administer medications following the prescribed guidelines and within the legal scope of practice.
- Collaborate with various healthcare professionals to monitor and evaluate resident health conditions.
- Implement and adjust care plans to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current LPN license in California.
- A minimum of one year of relevant professional nursing experience.
- Ability to successfully complete necessary background checks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members.
