Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver high-quality, outcome-oriented nursing care while contributing to the creation of personalized care plans. This role involves working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to guarantee optimal resident care and facilitate discharge planning. Applicants must possess a current, valid LPN license in good standing. Additionally, a valid CPR certification is necessary, or it must be acquired within 90 days of employment.
