Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will offer hands-on nursing care that enhances the physical and emotional health of residents. This role involves overseeing medication administration, performing detailed assessments, and recording any variations in residents’ health status while working alongside the healthcare team. Applicants must possess a valid and up-to-date Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana. A deep commitment to geriatric nursing and expertise in medication management as well as clinical documentation are essential for this position.
