Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a crucial role in providing outcome-oriented nursing care and contributing to the creation of tailored care plans for residents. They are required to work alongside physicians and the interdisciplinary team to guarantee high-quality resident care and facilitate seamless discharge processes. Applicants must possess a valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Furthermore, a CPR certification is necessary, which should be obtained within 90 days of employment.
