Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering direct nursing care aimed at enhancing the physical and emotional health of residents. This role involves working closely with the facility’s healthcare teams to facilitate cohesive care and foster a nurturing atmosphere for the residents. Applicants must possess a valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana. Expertise in medication administration and the capability to perform comprehensive assessments of residents are essential qualifications.
