Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will deliver vital nursing services, such as observing patient health statuses, administering prescribed medications, and carrying out wound care procedures. Engaging with a multidisciplinary team, the LPN will work to enhance patient health results while adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures. Applicants should possess a current LPN license or be a recent nursing program graduate eligible for licensure within four months. A degree from an accredited nursing program is essential, and prior experience in long-term or skilled nursing settings is advantageous.
