Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Cura of Sauk Centre plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. The LPN supports the healthcare team in managing patients’ needs and ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health progress.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to deliver effective care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
