The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for performing clinical evaluations, providing direct nursing services, and managing tailored care plans for residents. This role includes acting as a clinical leader by supervising team members, ensuring adherence to regulations, and maintaining clear communication with the interdisciplinary team and families. Applicants must possess a valid LPN license in Iowa along with a current CPR certification. Additionally, completion of a state-approved LPN supervisory course is required, or candidates must be able to complete one within 90 days.
