Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This includes collecting patient information and executing therapeutic procedures. The LPN must adhere to facility policies while providing suitable care to the patient demographic. Candidates should possess an active LPN/LVN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with the necessity to obtain IV certification within 90 days of employment. While a minimum of one year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical nursing is preferred, it is not mandatory.
