Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) role is vital in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in various settings. As a part-time member of the team, you will deliver compassionate and efficient nursing care while collaborating with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities and support patients in achieving their health goals.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid and current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
