The Life Enrichment Assistant plays a vital role in delivering and enhancing community initiatives that cater to the emotional, intellectual, and social well-being of residents. This position involves organizing classes, coordinating activities, overseeing resident health and happiness, and helping with transportation needs. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma and have one to two years of experience in life enrichment roles, ideally working with seniors. A valid driver’s license is necessary, along with the capability to acquire a Commercial Driver’s License.
