Job Summary
The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for devising and implementing an all-encompassing strategy that aims to improve the daily experiences and well-being of senior residents. This role entails leading and guiding a team of associates while also overseeing departmental budgets and ensuring adherence to state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop a life enrichment strategy to enhance resident well-being.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of associates.
- Oversee departmental budgets and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and standards.
- Foster a positive environment that promotes the quality of life for seniors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, Recreational Therapy, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a related area.
- Strong organizational skills.
