The Life Enrichment Coordinator facilitates daily programs, events, and outings to enhance the quality of life for residents. They also assist the Director of Life Enrichment with department operations, documentation, and volunteer coordination. A bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in a healthcare or related setting. Candidates must be capable of working with elderly and disabled individuals and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
