Job description
The LifeCafe Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during shifts, which involves managing staff schedules, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring exceptional service quality. This role also includes serving as a shift leader, providing support to team members, and promptly addressing any member inquiries. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED and be capable of lifting more than 20 lbs. Additionally, CPR/AED and ServeSafe certifications must be obtained within the first 30 and 60 days of employment, respectively.
