Job description
The position entails overseeing the onboarding, training, mentorship, and performance evaluation of drivers and helpers. The manager is expected to primarily work in the field to promote safety, enhance operational effectiveness, and maintain ongoing communication with frontline personnel. Applicants should have an Associate’s degree or a High School Diploma along with a minimum of two years of pertinent experience. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the country are mandatory.
