Job description
The Sr. HR Generalist II acts as a key human resources resource for both employees and managers throughout the Americas, overseeing employee relations, policies, and region-specific HR initiatives. This role involves collaboration with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to facilitate organizational transformations, ensure compliance, and enhance site engagement efforts in Denver and Austin. Applicants should possess over 5 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating capabilities in hands-on generalist support and familiarity with HRIS systems and U.S. labor laws. Essential qualities for this position include strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage sensitive information appropriately.
